Gingerbread and Cinnamon Tiramisu
Gingerbread and cinnamon tiramisu – a great fall dessert!
Preparation time: around 15–30 minutes
500 g mascarpone
250 g curd cheese
100 ml whipped cream
2 tbs rum
2 tbs espresso
150 g confectioners’ sugar
185 g Manner Chocolate Gingerbread
1 tsp cinnamon (ground)
Cocoa powder (for sprinkling)
To make your gingerbread cinnamon tiramisu, mix the mascarpone with the curd cheese, cinnamon, whipped cream, rum, confectioners’ sugar, and espresso.
Break the gingerbread into large pieces.
Fill a glass with alternating layers of mascarpone and gingerbread. Sprinkle the dish with cocoa powder before serving.
Gingerbread cinnamon tiramisu is an ideal dessert when cooking for guests.
