Chocolate for cooking and baking
As far back as 1890, Manner produced cooking chocolate to meet Josef Manner’s aim of affordable chocolate for all. Since then, Manner has been helping people from every part of society to enjoy the taste of chocolate. For decades, Manner Cooking Chocolate has been shaping the taste of cooking and baking with a pleasantly bitter flavor produced during the in-house cocoa-roasting process.
Did you know?
The original recipe for Manner Cooking Chocolate contained 30% cocoa. Today, we have increased this to around 40% for an even fuller taste.
