Victor Schmidt
On 1 January 1858 Victor Anton Schmidt registered his "chocolate production business". The first location was in the 4th district of Vienna - 6 Goldgasse.
The Mozartkugel
At the beginning this delicious confectionary was called the Mozartbonbon, in order to honour the worldfamous artist W. A. Mozart. Later on the name Mozartkugel was chosen according to its form.
