The alliance of tradition and innovation is always a core feature of Manner products. The new Manner Wholegrain Wafers combine the tradition of the Original Manner Neapolitan Wafers with the long-term trend for healthier nutrition. With 100% wholegrain and 30% less sugar than the Original Neapolitan Wafers the somewhat darker Manner Wholegrain Wafers correspond to the customers needs with a perfectly balanced taste.

Manner Wholegrain Wafers consist of 100% wholegrain.
Wholegrain means that the whole grain is processed. Within Manner Wholegrain Wafers a special wheat is used, which contains hardly any bitter-tasting components. Due to its mildness and balanced taste the special wheat perfectly fits to the new Manner Wholegrain Wafers.

30% less sugar than the original
Oligofructose is a natural ingredient, which scores with positive nutritionally effects as well as very little sweetness. The partial exchange of sugar by Oligofructose within the Manner Wholegrain Wafers results in a distinct reduction of sweetness and a five times increased portion of fibre.
